These terms are the agreement between you and Advergile LLC for using the Xelon Browser mobile application (com.xelon.browser). Please read them before you use the App.
By downloading, installing, or using Xelon Browser (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”) and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
If you use the App on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms for it. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country to use the App.
Xelon Browser is a web browser for Android published by Advergile LLC (registration no. HE 446069), 8010 Paphos, Cyprus. It lets you open websites, watch video and reels, manage tabs, block on-page ads and trackers (“Ad-guard”), download files, and optionally route traffic through a proxy.
Xelon is a tool, not a content service. We do not host, own, operate, endorse, or control any of the websites, videos, or other content you reach through the App. Any content you view is provided by third parties and is governed by their own terms and policies.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own lawful, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms and the rules of the app store you obtained it from.
You agree not to, and not to help anyone else:
The web is operated by third parties. We are not responsible for, and do not endorse, the availability, accuracy, legality, or safety of any third-party site or content you reach through the App, nor for any transaction you enter into with a third party. Your use of any site is at your own risk and subject to that site’s terms and privacy policy. Some content may not be appropriate for all audiences — you are responsible for what you choose to access.
The App includes an optional proxy that, when you enable it, routes your traffic through third-party servers. It is off by default.
The proxy is a convenience for reaching sites more flexibly. It is not a VPN and is not a guarantee of anonymity, security, or confidentiality. Traffic that is not encrypted may be visible to the proxy operator, and we do not control third-party proxy operators or their practices.
You are responsible for complying with all laws and with the terms of any site or network you access while using the proxy. See the Privacy Policy for how proxy use is handled.
The App may be supported by advertising, including ads served through Google AdMob. Ads help keep the App free. How advertising data is handled, and the choices you have (including consent and resetting your advertising ID), are described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the sites they link to.
The App, including its name, logo, design, and software (excluding third-party components under their own licenses), is owned by Advergile LLC or its licensors and is protected by law. These Terms grant you a license to use the App, not any ownership of it. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that the App, the Ad-guard, or the proxy will meet your requirements or that any defect will be corrected. To the extent a warranty cannot be disclaimed by law, it is limited to the minimum period the law allows.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Advergile LLC and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the App or any content or site reached through it. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the App (if any) in the 12 months before the claim, or EUR 20. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Advergile LLC from any claims, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any law or third-party right.
These Terms apply while you use the App. You may stop at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your access, or discontinue the App or any feature, at any time — for example, to comply with law or to protect users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will continue to apply.
We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes to the Terms, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide a more prominent notice. Your continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of Cyprus will have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless mandatory law in your country of residence provides otherwise. Nothing here removes any consumer-protection rights you have under the mandatory law of your home country.
